1. When will I receive my item?
Upon making your purchase, it will take approximately 3 to 5 working days (Singapore local delivery only) for you to receive your parcel.
2. If I am not home, will I still be able to receive my parcel or to have someone to receive it on my behalf?
The courier will drop you a text or call before making a delivery. You may request for them to place the parcel at your doorstep, shoe cabinet or riser.
3. How do I track my order?
If you have purchased an item via our official website, an email consisting of the parcel’s tracking link will be sent to you.
If you have purchased an item via Shopee, Lazada, Amazon or Qoo10, you can track your parcel via their platforms.
4. How do I pay via installments?
Upon checking out, you may select the payment methods via Grab, Shopback PayLater or Atome. You will be redirected to the selected application to proceed with your payment.
5. Can I pay Cash-On-Delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this payment method.
You may pay via Credit / Debit card (Amex, Mastercard or Visa), PayPal, ApplePay, Grab, Shopback PayLater and Atome.
6. Is there a shipping fee?
There is no shipping fee charged for online website purchases.
However, on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and Qoo10, shipping fees will be charged.
7. My item is faulty, what should I do?

8. How do I register for warranty?

9. How long does my product warranty lasts?
The warranty is valid for 1 year, from date of purchase.
